Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Manager, located in Quezon City. The Client Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, managing client accounts, addressing client inquiries, and working closely with production teams. Additionally, the Client Manager will be responsible for developing client strategies, identifying opportunities for client growth, and maintaining accurate client records.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Experience in fashion or retail industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
