The 
Client Relationship Manager
 serves as the main point of contact for Australian clients, building strong relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving engagement and retention. The role focuses on understanding client needs, aligning solutions to their goals, and identifying opportunities for growth.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
(Experiences)

  • 8+ years in account management, client relationship management, or sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Proven record of managing client portfolios and driving growth
  • Proven ability to effectively juggle multiple international accounts while staying organized
  • IT or professional services experience is a plus

  • Manage and grow client accounts, acting as their main point of contact
  • Support AU campaigns by coordinating client requests & project needs
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and track client progress
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Use CRM and PSA systems (including ConnectWise) to manage client activities
