QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience is required for this position
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service is required
  • Willingness to work onsite and on a night shift schedule

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions, including handling escalations, service concerns, and performance feedback
  • Monitor and evaluate service delivery performance metrics to ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, quality, training, and workforce management) to ensure smooth service execution
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients
  • Identify areas for improvement and innovation to enhance client satisfaction and process efficiency
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure a seamless transition from implementation to steady-state operations
  • Lead and mentor a team of account specialists or service delivery staff, as applicable
  • Stay updated on industry trends, client expectations, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
