NeoWork is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant with proven expertise in Go High Level (GHL) to provide both loan processing/underwriting support and CRM management. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in real estate or lending environments, can proactively manage workflows, and has the confidence to operate independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize loan processing and underwriting support tasks.
  • Manage and optimize the Go High Level CRM to streamline lead generation, client communication, and deal pipeline management.
  • Create and maintain basic automations in GHL to improve efficiency and client experience.
  • Provide back-office administrative support as needed.
  • Anticipate business needs and independently propose and implement solutions.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in Go High Level
  • Background in lending, mortgage, or real estate required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Go High Level CRM (live screen-share exercise will be required to confirm expertise)
  • Proactive communicator with excellent organizational skills.
  • Independent problem-solver who can create value without requiring step-by-step guidance.
