JOB SUMMARY

  • A Customer Service Representative ( CSR ) will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customer – ADI PH by handling inquiries, resolving complaints and assisting with billing and technical support for PHL team. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities and customer- focused mindset to ensure a positive customer experience.

JD PRIMARIES

  • To provide excellent customer service.

  • To be reliable and assist the team in coordinating with Internal and External Contacts

  • To implement continuous improvement on CS process

SKILLS:

  • Computer Literate, proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Proficient in English to communicate well with the foreign suppliers and local contacts.

  • Good interpersonal skills required to get along effectively with the clients.

  • Can work under pressure with less supervision

  • Dependable team player

  • Resourceful and have initiative to deliver expected results.

  • Dedicated and meticulous – High level accuracy and attention to details.

  • Develop each members' self confidence and leadership quality by allowing them to participate in meetings/seminars.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT: College Graduate

PREFERRED ACADEMIC DEGREE: Any 4-year Business Course

Manufacturing Company, Supply Chain, Logistics
