Customer Service Representative

The role of the Customer Service Representative involves providing excellent service to clients, meeting their banking needs and exceeding expectations. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a high level of initiative and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash and check deposits, withdrawals, encashment and payments.
  • Assist with various activities such as scanning and filing documents.
  • Verify the authenticity of checks and notes received.
  • Cross-sell bank products to existing clients.
  • Refer clients to other bank products or services.
  • Provide a WOW customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably business-related.
  • No prior work experience is required, but customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of initiative and innovation.
  • Able to work well with people from diverse backgrounds.
