JOB SUMMARY

A Customer Service Representative ( CSR ) will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customer – ADI PH by handling inquiries, resolving complaints and assisting with billing and technical support for PHL team. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities and customer- focused mindset to ensure a positive customer experience.

JD PRIMARIES

To provide excellent customer service.
To be reliable and assist the team in coordinating with Internal and External Contacts
To implement continuous improvement on CS process

SKILLS:

Computer Literate, proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Proficient in English to communicate well with the foreign suppliers and local contacts.
Good interpersonal skills required to get along effectively with the clients.
Can work under pressure with less supervision
Dependable team player
Resourceful and have initiative to deliver expected results.
Dedicated and meticulous – High level accuracy and attention to details.
Develop each members' self confidence and leadership quality by allowing them to participate in meetings/seminars.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT: College Graduate

PREFERRED ACADEMIC DEGREE: Any 4-year Business Course
