Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Transactional Quality professional to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of transactions processed by our team. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review transactions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Identify and document errors, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

- Analyze transaction data to identify trends and patterns.

- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track transaction accuracy and efficiency.

- Provide regular updates to management on quality performance and areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with the process team to identify and implement process improvements.

- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve transaction processing efficiency and accuracy.

- Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

- Provide training and support to team members on quality standards and procedures.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.

- Communicate quality findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Transactional Quality, Operational Quality, day to day Quality

  • Experience in BPO/ Contact Center is a must

  • Experience in a transactional quality role

  • Must have handled projects in Banking & Financial Sector (BFS) Vertical

  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards

  • Certification in quality or process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean GB, BB) preferred

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
