Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4 year Business/ Engineering/Agricultural/ Supply chain Course
  • With experience in Warehouse management and planning
  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
  • Detailed oriented with excellent follow-up practices
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and accomplish work
  • With knowledge in BOS System or Equivalent
  • Can lift stocks

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overall in-charge and accountable of the warehouse
  • Obtain and maintain accurate inventory in the warehouse.
  • Reports Weekly Inventory to DPIM and Operations to plan dispatch and replenishment needed
  • Reports daily movement and inventory reconciliation from BOS to Manual Monitoring
  • Preparation and issuance of materials
  • Reports slow and non moving items in the warehouse for proper disposition
  • Maintains cleanliness and orderliness for better and faster warehouse operations efficiency
  • Implementation of Standards in receiving and dispatch (FIFO/FEFO).
  • Transact all materials ( packaging and spare parts) movement in a real-time manner for leased and Third Party Warehouses
  • Maintains the quality of items hold in the warehouse
