Job Description: E-Commerce Supervisor

The E-Commerce Supervisor oversees the online presence and commercial performance of a diverse portfolio of local and foreign brands. You will be responsible for the end-to-end digital customer journey, from catalog management and promotional planning to order fulfillment and customer service excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker who can adapt global brand standards to local market nuances while driving growth across various marketplaces and direct-to-consumer platforms.


Core Responsibilities
  • Platform Management: Oversee day-to-day operations on internal websites and third-party marketplaces (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, or Zalora).
  • Brand Strategy: Implement localized marketing and pricing strategies for foreign brands while scaling the digital footprint of local labels.
  • Inventory & Merchandising: Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock accuracy and manage "digital shelf" displays for maximum conversion.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute digital sales events (e.g., 11.11, Payday sales) including banner updates, voucher creation, and ad performance tracking.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and traffic sources to optimize ROI.
