About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Supervisor (Food Panda Handling) to join the dynamic team at Select Goods', a leading consumer goods company based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing and promotional activities for our Food Panda business, ensuring successful campaigns and driving growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products on the Food Panda platform
  2. Manage all aspects of our Food Panda campaigns, including content creation, promotions, and customer engagement
  3. Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities and optimise marketing efforts
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, operations, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  5. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to inform future planning
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest Food Panda platform features and best practices to ensure our presence is optimised
  7. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the marketing team

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a marketing or digital marketing role, preferably in the FMCG or e-commerce industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns on food delivery platforms like Food Panda
  3. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  5. Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-oriented mindset
  6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, content management, and reporting
  7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
