Job Responsibilities:

  1. Community Operations & Strategy

  2. Independently plan, coordinate, and execute community operation strategies aligned with the platform's development objectives and community positioning.

  3. Manage and oversee community activities, daily content operations, and engagement initiatives to grow the user base, boost activity, and strengthen user loyalty.

  4. Community User Management

  5. Utilize user profiling and behavioral insights to implement differentiated positioning and content distribution across multiple channels, platforms, and community accounts.

  6. Drive refined user segmentation and targeted operations to enhance engagement, retention, and conversion rates.

  7. Data Analysis & Optimization

  8. Monitor and analyze key community metrics, including new users, active users, retention, and conversion rates.

  9. Evaluate operational effectiveness and propose actionable strategies to optimize performance and achieve growth targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Preferably a college graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in community operations, user operations, marketing planning, e-commerce operations, project management, or data analysis. Prior experience in multiple areas is an advantage
  • Community Tools & User Insights: Proficient in using community management tools and tactics, with strong understanding of user psychology and the ability to create interactive topics and discussions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to work effectively with multiple teams to drive initiatives forward.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills with a goal-oriented and continuous optimization approach to improve operational performance.
  • Preferred Profile: Candidates with a strong educational background, fast-learning capability, and highly relevant prior experience.
