Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day operations of online platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, website, and other marketplaces).
  • Ensure product listings, pricing, inventory, and content are accurate and updated.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse for order fulfillment, returns, and replacement processes.
  • Monitor platform compliance to avoid penalties and maintain good seller ratings.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
  • Analyze sales trends, conversion rates, traffic sources, and campaign performance.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide business insights to management.
  • Set sales targets and create action plans to achieve them.
  • Plan and execute platform campaigns (11.11, 12.12, Payday Sale, Mega Sales, Brand Day, etc.).
  • Coordinate with marketplace category managers for traffic and exposure.
  • Manage platform ads (Lazada Sponsored Ads, Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads) and optimize spending.
  • Forecast demand and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
  • Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving stocks.
  • Ensure on-hand inventory accuracy across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with HQ/China team for new product launches and required documentation.
  • Oversee customer inquiries, chat response, reviews, and after-sales concerns.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues to maintain high ratings.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce returns.
  • Lead and supervise e-commerce assistants and store operators.
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance monitoring.
  • Schedule manpower and ensure alignment with operational needs.
  • Assist in bridging communication with China/HQ, especially for price protection, stocks, and marketing materials.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Filipino (Tagalog), English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years e-commerce experience, preferably in tech, gadgets, or electronics.
  • Experience managing Lazada/Shopee/TikTok stores is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
  • Good communication skills in English, Filipino, and conversational Chinese/Mandarin.
  • Knowledgeable in online marketing, ads optimization, and marketplace algorithms
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to handle pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php100,000.00 per month
