  • Represents the company in legal proceedings.
  • Examines legal documents prepared by any officer with the primary objective of determining correctness and completeness of each document.
  • Reviews and evaluates contracts and memoranda of agreement before any authorized signatory is asked to sign.
  • Prepares contracts, memoranda of agreement and board resolutions whenever necessary.
  • Renders professional written and oral legal advice on matters that may affect the company.
  • Assists in the development, improvement and maintenance of policies and procedures in compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Aids in the design, development and implementation of a risk assessment framework to support all business units and departments.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Member of the Philippine Bar
  • CPA is an advantage
  • Preferably with experience at least 3 years of experience in Estate Law, Corporate Restructuring, Corporate Law or its equivalent.
  • Ability to present oral material, & communicate in writing, in a fluent and logical manner.
  • Ability to provide legal advice on a broad range of legal issues.
  • Preferably possesses a valid non-professional driver's license.
  • Willing to work onsite (San Fernando, Pampanga).
