Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (Aligned with Adelaide, Australia Time)

We have partnered with Australia's leading player in Construction, Engineering, and Architecture recruitment and we're looking for a sharp, intuitive recruiter to join our Philippine-based team and become a true talent partner, connecting top-tier professionals with career-defining opportunities down under. This isn't about hitting meaningless KPIs. It's about deep market knowledge, building lasting relationships, and changing lives.
What You'll Do:
- You'll proactively map the Australian market, identifying and engaging the high-caliber, passive talent that our competitors can't find. This means strategic sourcing, networking, and not being afraid to make that crucial first call.
- Go beyond the resume. You'll conduct in-depth conversations to uncover the real motivators, aspirations, and non-negotiables of your candidates. You'll know why they're looking for a move, not just that they are.
- You'll create powerful endorsement sheets that showcase the person behind the CV, highlighting their achievements, potential, and cultural fit for our exclusive clients.
- You will be the primary point of contact, building a network of trusted professionals in the white-collar built environment space – from Site Engineers to Senior Architects and Development Managers.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-8 years of recruitment experience. You've been in the trenches and have a proven track record, ideally as a Senior Associate or Senior Consultant.
- You have experience recruiting for the Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Real Estate Development sectors. Crucially, you have experience navigating the Australian market. (We're open to seeing strong experience from the US or UK markets as well).
- You're not reliant on job ads. You thrive on direct sourcing, cold outreach, and building rapport from a single phone call or LinkedIn message.
- You genuinely want to understand people. You ask the right questions, you listen intently, and you can connect the dots to match the right person with the right opportunity.
- You understand that quality relationships and deep market understanding are the keys to long-term success. You're here to build a career, not just clock in.
- We run on JobAdder and are constantly exploring automation to free you up from admin and let you focus on what you do best: connecting with people.
- You'll work closely with our leadership. Your voice will be heard, and your work will directly influence our business. The hiring process is a single, straightforward conversation with the director.
