About the role

Motobrand Corporation, is seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and securing top-caliber talent to support the company's ambitious growth plans.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify, attract and screen qualified candidates for a variety of roles within the organisation
  2. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements, and source the best-fit candidates
  3. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding
  4. Maintain a robust talent pipeline and proactively network to build a pool of high-potential candidates
  5. Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to reach diverse talent pools
  6. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  7. Regularly track, analyze and report on recruitment metrics to continually improve processes

What we're looking for

  1. At least 6 months to 1 years' experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within the retail industry
  2. Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  4. Proficient in using various recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions
  6. Passion for talent management and a commitment to promoting a diverse and inclusive workforce
