We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage our end-to-end recruitment process and help us build a strong, high-performing team.

Your Role:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Manage hiring requirements across different roles and departments.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job postings, networking, and partnerships.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs and align recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks to ensure candidate fit.
  • Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in volume hiring andin a manpower agency or recruitment firm is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions at once.
