Recruitment Specialist - Responsible in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role involves the full cycle recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and post job advertisement on job boards, career pages and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain and manage applicant tracking file or system.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and other talent acquisition activities.
  • Other task that may be assigned from time to time.

Job requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience 1-2years experience as recruitment specialist, talent acquisition specialist or similar role.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment channels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • People management skills.
  • Trustworthy and with high values of integrity. No bad records or integrity issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
