About the role

Join the dynamic team at Fleximetal Inc. as an Inventory Custodian. In this full-time position based in Mandaue City, Cebu, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the company's inventory and stock control processes. As a key member of the supply chain, your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be crucial in ensuring efficient inventory management and optimized supply chain operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records
  2. Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
  3. Liaise with procurement team to identify inventory needs and replenish stock levels
  4. Receive, inspect and process incoming goods, ensuring timely and accurate recording
  5. Prepare and process inventory-related documentation
  6. Assist in the implementation of inventory control measures and policies
  7. Identify opportunities to improve inventory management processes and make recommendations to management

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role within a manufacturing or metal industry
  2. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  3. Proficient in using inventory management software and spreadsheet applications
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
  5. Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
