Accounts Manager

We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist in managing key client relationships, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams, and supporting account growth. This role is ideal for someone passionate being in a startup company with a strong desire to develop professionally in account management.
- Manage the portfolio of all clients and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate the execution of client orders, product deliveries, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Analyze client feedback and market trends to provide insights for product development and sales strategies.
- Support the management of client budgets and financial reporting.
- Prepare and present newsletters, client proposals, sales reports, and performance reviews.
- Track client performance, sales data, and KPIs to ensure service excellence.
- Attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
- Ensure all contracts, agreements, and legal documents are compliant with industry regulations.
- Assist in identifying potential clients and new business opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- at least 2 years of experience in account management (preferably in food & beverage or retail company).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to analyze legal documents and provide actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
