Corporate Sales Consultant (B2B)

Location: Makati City

Job Summary

The Corporate Sales Consultant is responsible for driving new business opportunities and supporting the growth of existing client accounts.

Reporting directly to the Business Unit Head or Managing Consultant, this role encompasses lead generation, client engagement, consultative selling, proposal preparation, and coordination with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, persuasive, and confident in engaging senior-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through databases, referrals, and networking events.
  • Review past accounts and revive dormant prospects and existing relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and daily sales activities.
  • Collaborate internally across business units to uncover cross-selling opportunities.

Client Engagement & Meetings

  • Schedule and organize client meetings, including agenda preparation.
  • Conduct research on target companies, industries, and key decision-makers.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand client objectives, challenges, and needs.
  • Present the company's profile, solutions, and service offerings in a professional and engaging manner.

Proposal Development & Sales Support

  • Assist in preparing customized proposals and presentations aligned with client requirements.
  • Coordinate with superiors and internal stakeholders to gather necessary inputs for proposals.
  • Present proposals to clients and manage feedback, revisions, and follow-up.
  • Support contract drafting and endorsement once approved by clients.

Account Coordination & Support

  • Co-manage client database and maintain communication records.
  • Assist in coordinating program delivery and post-sales support.
  • Communicate upcoming programs, solutions, and opportunities to clients.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support business growth.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, HR, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Proven track record in new business development, preferably in professional services, consulting, L&D, recruitment, or outsourcing.
  • Experience in B2B or corporate sales is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging senior-level stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset to identify and pursue business opportunities.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a high-performing team.
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
