Job Summary

The Corporate Sales Manager is a key driver of revenue growth, responsible for aggressively pursuing and securing institutional sales accounts. This role focuses on both our restaurant operations (catering, events, and bulk food orders) and our commissary (outsourced food production). The ideal candidate is a proactive, independent, and results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record of developing long-term partnerships with corporate clients and institutions. You will be instrumental in expanding our client portfolio and directly contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Generation: Proactively identify and target potential institutional clients (e.g., offices, schools, event organizers, corporations) for all of our restaurant and commissary services. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new business.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor for their food service and production needs.
  • Negotiation & Proposals: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Skillfully negotiate pricing, service agreements, and contracts to secure profitable partnerships.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the restaurant and commissary teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction for all secured business.
  • Sales Reporting: Track all sales activities, manage a robust pipeline, and provide regular reports on progress toward sales targets.
  • Account Growth: Continuously identify opportunities to expand services and increase engagement with existing clients, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in the food and beverage industry is a significant advantage, but we encourage all candidates with a strong sales background to apply.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
