Sales Account Officer aims at managing his employer's client relationships, as well as developing new business from existing clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Bachelor's degree; preferably in any Business Administration or related field

Work Experience:

With minimum one (1) year of experience as an account manager, key account manager, junior account manager or relevant one

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issues escalations as needed.
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts.
  • Keep records of client transactions.
  • Performs a variety of tasks in assisting the sales and marketing departments to meet corporate objective.
  • Ensures attainment of sales target.
  • Ensures awareness with all competitive activities with accounts and preventing attrition.
  • Coordinates and processes events/ exhibits, modules, and other marketing requirements.
  • Identifies potential business opportunities.
  • Studies industry and market trends and prepares competitors' analysis and marketing study and awareness.
  • Manage budget and hit or exceed quota.
  • Performs other tasks as may be assigned.

  • Computer literate.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Supervisory skills.
  • Responsible, organized and presentable.
  • Willing to do field work.

Schedule:

8 hour shift (Monday to Saturday)

Ability to commute/relocate:

Las Piñas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work.
