We're Hiring: Distribution Account Officer (3-Month Reliever)
Location: Las Pinas City
Duration: 3 months (Maternity Leave Coverage)
We are looking for a Distribution Account Officer to join our team for a 3-month engagement, providing vital support while a team member is on maternity leave. This role ensures smooth order processing, delivery coordination, and accurate reporting of sales and inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and review orders from Medical Representatives via ERP system
- Verify order details, stock availability, and coordinate with MedReps/Distribution Managers for clarifications or approvals
- Prepare invoices and waybills, and coordinate with the pick & pack team for order fulfillment
- Schedule and map delivery routes, confirm orders with clients, and align with delivery teams (riders/Wexpress)
- Update ERP on order status (processed, invoiced, dispatched, delivered, paid) daily
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports
- Monitor deliveries, collections, and promptly escalate concerns to the supervisor
- Coordinate closely with courier partners (Wexpress) for delivery and collection updates
- Respond to inquiries from MedReps, DMs, and clients regarding orders, deliveries, and inventory
Qualifications:
- Preferably with experience in distribution, order processing, or logistics
- Proficient in using ERP systems and MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Can start immediately
Contract Details:
- Employment Type: Project-based (3 months)
- Work Schedule: Onsite
- Compensation: P19,000-P22,000.00
