Position: Human Resources Assistant

Employment type: Part-time

Location: 89-91 Sgt. Emilio Rivera Street, Brgy. Pag-ibig sa Nayon, Quezon City

Salary: 18,070

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Total Safe Development Construction Inc. is a registered company and has its primary purpose as a General Contractor (building of construction or parts/Civil Engineering) specifically engaged in; Project estimate, General Construction (foundation to finishing), Renovation, and Fit-out.

Reporting to:

HR Supervisor, HR Manager, General Manager, CEO

JOB SUMMARY:

HRIS Administrator responsibilities include managing our internal databases, keeping employee records in digital formats, and educating users on how to use our HR systems. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with database administration and Human Resources Management software, like payroll or applicant tracking systems. Ultimately, you will be responsible for the proper and effective operation of our HR software.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· End to end process of payroll and workers concern in Kalinisan Warehouse

· Coordination with Foreman

· End-to-end processing of company events

· Processing of Annual Drug testing for all employees

· Assists in payroll processing of employees

o Scan and filing of filed absence of staff

o Processing of Main Office duty request

o Shall handle the daily circulation of the duty form for Main Office staff.

o Checking of absence and duty form before forwarding to HR Payroll Specialist

· Assists in off-boarding process

o Checking and processing of resignation letters (email and in person)

o Issuance of Personal Clearance and Turn over form to all employees

o Processing of offboarding concerns such as requests of COE and proof of last pay

· Assists in on-boarding process

o Outsourcing and job posting

o Process and issuance of on-boarding documents

o Assists in Pre-employment Orientation

o Coordinate with Project Admin the deployment of newly hired

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must be a graduate of Psychology, Office Admin, or any course alike.

· Basic to advanced knowledge in MS Office and other software

· Computer literate

· Willing to be trained

· Willing to work as part-timer with at least 3-4x a week working sched

SUPPLEMENTAL BENEFITS:

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
