Job Summary:

The HR Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources Department. The role assists in recruitment, employee records management, attendance and payroll coordination, compliance with company policies, and day-to-day HR operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in posting job vacancies and screening applicants
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with applicants
  • Prepare employment contracts, job offers, and onboarding documents
  • Assist in employee orientation and onboarding process

Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee 201 files (physical and digital)
  • Monitor contracts, probationary status, and regularization dates
  • Prepare HR letters (NTE, memo, warning, clearance, COE, etc.)
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee records

Timekeeping & Payroll Support

  • Monitor attendance, leaves, absences, and overtime
  • Assist in payroll preparation and coordination with accounting
  • Track employee leaves and update leave balances

Compliance & HR Administration

  • Assist in enforcing company policies and HR procedures
  • Support HR compliance with DOLE requirements
  • Assist in processing government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Help in disciplinary documentation and employee relations concerns

General HR Support

  • Answer employee HR-related inquiries
  • Assist in HR reports and monitoring trackers
  • Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
