Job Descriptions:

· One-man band position to manage the full set of accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance and financial reports;

· Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes;

· Work closely with the local team to drive sales

· Responsible for all statutory filing requirements, including but not limited to relevant tax / VAT return filings etc;

· Coordinate with the accounting team in Hong Kong to ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards. Advise management on financial performance and make recommendations for improvement.

· Prepare Ad Hoc Reports

· To provide office general administration;

· Develop and implement the office policies and procedures;

· Organize daily office operations such as office supplies, office equipment;

· To assist in Admin related reports and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting Business Administration or related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in finance and admin role
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible and able to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience working in a multinational company
  • Good command of written/spoken English
  • Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Assistant Finance and Administration Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php75,000.00 per month
