We are looking for a Chief Finance Officer 

Industry: IT Solutions
Salary: up to 300k
Set-up: Hybrid - Flexible work arrangements

As Chief Finance Officer (CFO), you will oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of the company's financial strategy
Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management
Prepare and manage internal financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
Oversee the preparation and dissemination of auditing reports for 3rd party companies
To recruit, manage and lead the accounting and finance teams
Mentor and develop the the accounting and finance teams
Provide financial analysis and support to senior management
Develop and maintain relationships with key financial stakeholders, including banks, and regulatory bodies
Manage the company's cash flow and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Identify and implement cost-saving measures
Attend meetings with 3rd parties to represent accounting needs and workloads
Identify and recommend improvements to accounting processes and procedures
Stay up-to-date on the latest financial trends and regulations
Any other task as deemed relevant by management

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- CPA
- 10+ years of experience in a senior financial management role
- Experience and knowledge of audit and reconciliations
- Experience in the gaming industry is a plus
- Proven track record of financial success
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
