Sales Customer Service Representative

Sales Customer Service Representative /Account Manager serves as the liaison between companies and their clients and is in charge of making sure each department meets the needs of the clients. The core priority is addressing clients' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain a strong relationship. The role also includes consultative selling.
Ultimately, a successful Account Manager collaborates with the sales team to achieve quotas while improving the entire customer experience, keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long run.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serves as the main point of contact to handle clients' inquiries and resolve customer complaints if necessary
- Initiates outbound phone calls to clients who have made inquiries or have concerns related to their accounts
- Responds professionally to inbound phone calls, and chat messaging and emails including urgent situations
- Mediates between the clients and the company with friendliness, tact, and firmness if necessary.
- Provides friendly and efficient service to clients from Inquiry up to the Installation process
- Builds and strengthens client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships by identifying and escalating issues appropriately
- Displays soft skills while moving the call forward. Negotiates contracts and closes agreements to maximize profits
- Proactively and independently works to meet targets and goals by complying with turnaround time,
productivity, and quality standards
- Works in a fast-paced, high-volume, changing environment.
- Learns and strives to gain new knowledge about product and service changes
- Executes other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education and Training
- At least College Level. A combination of education and work experience will also be considered.
- People experience (several years of customer service with sales experience)
- Computer Skills
- Proficient in using computer systems to create and maintain an up-to-date customer database
- Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
- Communication Skills
- Amazing phone presence (people can literally hear you smiling)
- Good communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive Skill
- Adept at convincing customers to avail services in order to maximize company profits.
- Interpersonal relationships, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Patience, empathy, and evolved ability to manage stress
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations
