About the role

MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC' is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Las Pinas City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for actively engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
  2. Conducting in-depth needs assessments to understand the unique challenges and requirements of each client
  3. Presenting and demonstrating our products and services, highlighting the benefits and value proposition
  4. Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
  5. Providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships with clients
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
  7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and product knowledge

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the Sales industry
  2. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a driven and resilient mindset
  5. Familiarity with sales methodologies and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  6. Fluency in English and the local language(s) relevant to the Las Pinas City Metro Manila region
