The Sales Support Manager is responsible for providing strategic support to the Sales Team by managing data analytics, performance reporting, and administrative coordination. This role serves as a key driver in enabling data-driven decision-making and ensuring the efficiency of sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret sales data to generate insights that support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor sales performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and revenue growth through data analysis.
  • Oversee the implementation and improvement of sales tools, CRM systems, and processes.
  • Monitor and manage team workflows to ensure timely achievement of sales goals.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to support sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to define and execute strategies based on data insights.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance sales team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Support budgeting and resource allocation planning for sales initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales operations, support, or analytics.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, sales reporting, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools and database management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of sales principles, processes, and methodologies.
