Key Responsibilities:

As a Non-voice Agent, you'll be at the forefront of customer interactions, proactively and reactively handling queries and escalations. Your role will include:

  • Responding to customers concerns and inquiries.
  • Engaging with customers through live chat or email.
  • Keeping customers informed by maintaining updates on new and ongoing tickets.
  • Facilitating communication between customers and internal support to drive timely resolutions.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through meticulous issue tracking.

About You:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Must have experience as Non-Voice Support in BPO industry (REQUIRED)
  • Good computer skills, with experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service and people skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Decisiveness, collaboration, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • The capability to prioritize quickly and remain unflustered in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in insurance or payments is preferred.
