Joya entertainment is committed to building a thriving workplace by hiring exceptional talent. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and people-driven TikTok Live Streamer Talent Scout to support our Human Resources team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier candidates.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and well-connected TikTok Live Streamer Talent Scout that will identify and attract emerging and established performers across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Indeed, Instagram and even Spotting raw potential in everyday encounters. You will play a key role in building our talent pipeline by discovering individuals with exceptional potential and aligning them with the creative and commercial needs of our company or clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards and social media
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires (Auditions, Interviews)
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the scouting process
  • Assist in Maintaining recruitment documentation and records by the HR department

Qualifications:

  • Experience in talent scouting, casting, entertainment recruitment, or a related field.
  • Strong eye for talent and potential in both traditional and digital platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and produce results
  • Familiarity with entertainment industry trends and media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
