Job description:
Digital Campaign Management
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.)
- Monitor and optimize performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Track conversion rates and improve campaign performance
Content & Social Media
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop engaging digital content for all channels
- Manage the brand's presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Schedule and publish content to maximize audience engagement and consistency
Video Editing & Production
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to identify content needs and production goals
- Coordinate scheduling, location scouting, and securing necessary permits for shoots
- Oversee talent sourcing and casting for product shoots and promotional videos
- Prepare and manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution
- Shoot, edit, and produce video content for digital campaigns, social media, ads, and product features
- Adapt and reformat video content for platform-specific requirements (vertical for TikTok, square for Instagram, landscape for YouTube)
- Maintain a library of video assets for reuse and repurposing
Website & SEO
- Work with the creative team to maintain and optimize the company website (SEO, landing pages, performance)
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies
Email and CRM Marketing
- Create and send email campaigns via tools like Klaviyo, or similar
- Segment customer data to personalize content and improve open and conversion rates
Reporting and Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs
- Use data to inform digital strategies and optimize marketing efforts
Coordination & Strategy
- Collaborate with brand, sales, and e-commerce teams to align initiatives with business goals
- Stay updated on digital trends, video innovations, and platform best practices
Livestreaming and Event Coverage
- Set up and manage livestreaming equipment and software for product launches, events, and promotions
- Ensure stable and high-quality video and audio output during live sessions
- Monitor real-time engagement and adjust as needed for smooth delivery
- Coordinate with content and social media teams for live engagement strategies.
Job Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years experience in digital marketing, social media, or related roles
- Hands-on experience running digital ad campaigns (e.g. Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok)
- Experience in managing social media platforms and content calendars
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (ex. Klaviyo)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with influencer marketing or affiliate programs
- Knowledge of trends and emerging platforms (e.g. TikTok, Threads)
