Job description:

Position: Account Executive

Department: TSP (TikTok Shop Partner) Department

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that all stakeholders' needs are met through consistent and timely coordination.
  • Builds and strengthens relationships with clients to support long-term partnerships.
  • Participates in pitching to potential clients and contributes to securing new accounts.
  • Ensures all pre-production requirements are complete and that the livestream broadcast runs smoothly.
  • Makes sure project targets and KPIs are achieved.
  • Reviews and analyzes livestream performance data to identify trends and recommend strategic next steps.
  • Prepares internal and client-facing reports.
  • Reports concerns and insights raised before, during, and after each livestream (e.g., customer issues, operational blockers).
  • Monitors livestream operations, including stocks, equipment, studio readiness, and asset accuracy.
  • Collaborates with the client and internal teams on brainstorming and concept development to meet campaign briefs.
  • Writes scripts or talking points for livestream sessions when needed.
  • Routes documents for client or management approval.
  • Provides behind-the-camera support during livestreams, such as:
  • Operating OBS (Open Broadcaster Software)
  • Maintaining positive energy and engagement in the studio
  • Ensuring all assets are accurate and properly displayed
  • Reporting any issues encountered in real time
  • Gains hands-on experience in livestream hosting to fully understand the role and evaluate host performance effectively.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in both oral and written English (and local language if applicable), with strong communication skills for client coordination and negotiation.
  • Demonstrated success in a sales or client-facing role, preferably with experience in B2B environments. A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets is highly valued.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Confident, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work shifting schedules and weekends as needed.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Muntinlupa.
