Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Valid PRC Nursing License.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience (preferably with supervisory experience).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of hospital protocols, infection control, and healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Supervision

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor nursing staff within the assigned unit.

2. Patient Care Oversight

  • Ensure consistent delivery of safe and effective nursing care.
  • Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with physicians regarding treatment plans.
  • Resolve complex clinical issues and provide expert clinical guidance.

3. Administrative & Operational Duties

  • Prepare staffing schedules and manage nurse assignments.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of patient records and nursing reports.
  • Maintain inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and medications.
  • Assist in budget planning and resource management.

4. Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure adherence to hospital policies, DOH standards, and patient safety protocols.
  • Conduct audits, quality checks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead unit meetings and communicate policy updates effectively.

5. Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with physicians, nursing directors, allied health staff, and families.
  • Address patient concerns, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.

  • Coordinate interdepartmental processes for smooth patient flow.

  • Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective actions when needed.

  • Facilitate training, skills development, and orientation for new nurses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php40,000.00 per month
