  • Required skill(s): Purchasing, Inventory, Logistics Management, Inventory and Supply Chain Management, Warehousing and Stock Management, Importation Processes
  • Research potential vendors
  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Review quality of purchased products
  • Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
  • Prepare and process requisition and purchase order for materials, equipment, supplies and products.
  • Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
  • Analyze market and delivery system in order to assure present and future availability of materials, supplies and products.
  • Resolve vendor or contractor grievances and claims against supplies.
  • Prepare reports regarding market condition and material costs.
  • Arrange for disposal of material, supplies and products.
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements on procurement, storage and delivery of medicines and medical products.
  • Secure warehouse management including inventory control and storage conditions according to DOH/FDA guidelines on good storage and distribution practices (monitoring product quality and cold chain management, physical inventory and stock records, controlled medicines, waste management, stock rotation and FIFO rules etc).
  • Monitor shipments and coordinate with customs, carriers, and vendors to ensure timely arrival of goods.
  • Monitor and report changes in regulations that may affect shipment of goods.
  • Prepare, review, and submit documents related to import activities.
  • Respond to customers/partners inquiries related to import activities.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and other regulations related to international business.
  • Review, evaluate and recommend specification for issuing and awarding of bids.
  • Prepares Bid Documents and Post Qualification Requirements
  • Ensures the accuracy and completeness in technical and financial documentation and other requirements.
  • Attends Pre-bid Conference to ensure that all requirements will be submitted on a timely manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within deadline and prioritize effectively, while delivering high quality work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php33, Php35,000.00 per month
