Job Description

As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will manage end-to-end loan applications, from data entry to submission. You'll ensure all client and lender information is accurate, complete, and compliant-supporting brokers in processing mortgage applications with precision, efficiency, and care.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Proven experience working in a team-oriented environment.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience supporting Australian mortgage brokers.
• Experience working with an Australian lending firm for at least one year is an advantage.
• Proficiency with Podium, Salesforce, and ApplyOnline is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced work environments.
• Prior experience in a high-volume transactional environment is an advantage.
• Experience reviewing borrower supporting documents and using Quickli is preferred.
• Willing to work from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM and follow Australian holidays.

Your Daily Tasks

• Manage the application process from data entry to submission.
• Input applications and generate documents using Podium, Salesforce, and ApplyOnline.
• Complete manual administrative tasks in line with company policies and procedures.
• Receive and process loan applications with accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify missing information and follow up on outstanding documents as needed.
• Ensure all information provided to lenders and brokers is accurate.
• Complete file notes for 100% of interactions with clients.
• Liaise and respond to brokers via email for updates and clarifications.
• Follow up on general and outstanding matters related to applications.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements at all times.
• Provide administrative and operational support to brokers.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
