Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the trusted point of contact for customers seeking assistance with pharmacy products, prescriptions, and health services. You'll handle inquiries with empathy and precision, ensuring every interaction promotes trust, satisfaction, and overall customer well-being.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a pharmacy, healthcare, or eCommerce setting
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, pharmaceutical products, and basic health protocols
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); other languages a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, order management platforms, and marketing tools
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and act on sales opportunities
  • Empathy, patience, and professionalism in handling sensitive health-related inquiries
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an onsite team
  • Knowledge of Australian, New Zealand, and international pharmaceutical goods regulations and data privacy laws is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or certification in Pharmacy, Nursing, Health Sciences, or Customer Service
  • Background in telehealth, medical BPO, or healthcare eCommerce (any)

Your Daily Tasks

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media regarding pharmacy products, prescriptions, and health-related concerns.
  • Provide accurate information on products, dosage, side effects, and availability (non-clinical advice only).
  • Assist in processing orders, returns, and dosage verifications in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy teams to resolve issues related to inventory, delivery, and product substitutions.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs and product knowledge.
  • Support marketing campaigns by engaging customers with active promotions and collecting feedback.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using SAPB1 and raise issues in Microsoft List.
  • Escalate complex medical or compliance-related issues to marketing and QA teams using Microsoft List.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive follow-ups and personalized service.
  • Stay updated on company products, health trends, and regulatory changes.
