SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING - DIMSUM STATION

Dimsum Station is expanding, and we're looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our social media and content creation efforts. If you live and breathe food marketing, storytelling, and viral content—this role is for you

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow Dimsum Station's brand presence online.
  • Create engaging social media posts, reels, and video content showcasing our siomai, bike carts, franchise offers, and community stories.
  • Manage and grow our official pages on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Track insights, engagement, and reach to ensure content is hitting KPIs.
  • Coordinate with franchisees and distributors to feature promotions, events, and success stories.
  • Plan monthly content calendars and campaign rollouts.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong background in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Skilled in video editing, content creation, and copywriting (bonus if you can shoot and edit short-form food videos).
  • Creative thinker who understands current social trends and how to make content go viral.
  • Organized, proactive, and goal-driven—able to balance multiple campaigns.
  • Preferably with experience in F&B, franchising, or lifestyle brands.
