Overview

We're looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media & Digital Content Manager to lead our online presence across all platforms. This role combines social media strategy, content creation and design, and website management — ensuring that our brand message is consistent, engaging, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Social Media Management

  2. Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and followers.

  3. Manage postings, scheduling, and interaction across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  4. Plan and execute campaigns, including seasonal promotions and brand initiatives.
  5. Monitor insights and analytics to assess performance and optimize content.

  6. Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

  7. Content Design & Creation

  8. Conceptualize and design digital assets including posts, infographics, videos, and stories.

  9. Maintain brand consistency across all materials, ensuring visual and messaging alignment.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams to produce promotional and informational content.
  11. Develop monthly content calendars and creative briefs for campaigns.

  12. Use tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma for visual design.

  13. Website Design & Maintenance

  14. Manage and update website content to ensure information is accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly.

  15. Design and implement website improvements aligned with brand identity and user experience goals.
  16. Coordinate with developers or IT (if applicable) for technical updates and troubleshooting.
  17. Monitor website analytics and optimize performance, layout, and navigation.
  18. Ensure website and plugins are regularly backed up and updated.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in social media management and digital content design.
  • Strong understanding of web design principles and CMS platforms (preferably WordPress).
  • Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or similar).
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Nice to Have

  • Basic video editing and animation skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (preferrably ActivCampaign).
  • Familiarity with paid ads management (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).

Salary Range: Php 45,000 to 60,000 monthly.
