To assist the Compliance Department in monitoring, documenting, and implementing compliance processes across the company and its franchise network. The Compliance Assistant supports the team in ensuring that all operations adhere to internal policies, government regulations, and company standards.

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain compliance-related files, reports, and correspondence.
  • Monitor and track the status of business permits, licenses, and other compliance documents.
  • Assist in the filing and safekeeping of audit results and compliance checklists.
  • Support the Compliance Officer in conducting compliance audits across departments and branches.
  • Help verify the completeness and accuracy of submitted reports and requirements.
  • Document compliance findings and follow up on pending corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with various departments regarding submission of compliance requirements.
  • Relay updates, notices, and reminders related to regulatory and internal compliance.
  • Assist in preparing communication materials or memos for policy dissemination
  • Encode and update compliance monitoring sheets and summary reports.
  • Prepare drafts of compliance updates for submission to the Compliance Officer or Head.
  • Maintain logs of permit renewals, audits, and follow-up activities.
  • Assist in organizing compliance trainings and briefings for employees and franchisees.
  • Prepare materials and attendance sheets for compliance activities.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Compliance Officer or Head.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
