  • Ensure compliance with ERC regulations and requirements.
  • Prepare and submit all necessary documentations and annual reports to ERC.
  • Secure the Provisional Authority to Operate (PAO) and/or Certificate of Compliance (COC) for the new and future power projects.
  • Apply for PAO/COC renewal of the existing power plants.
  • Assist in the preparation of filling for the approval of Power Supply Agreement (PSA) for the new and future projects.
