We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead and deliver technology-driven projects focused on human resource solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and skilled at managing complex initiatives from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and progress reports
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies
  • Drive alignment between technical teams and HR/business functions

Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in project management
  • Strong understanding of
    project lifecycle management
    and stakeholder coordination
  • Experience in Agile project management
    preferred but not required
  • Proven experience managing projects that apply technology to
    HR functions
    , such as:
    Benefits administration, HR self-service (IVR, web, etc.), HR systems integration, HR shared services, HRIS or payroll systems
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
