We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Endpoint Security Engineer to join our IT operations team. This role is crucial in ensuring the security, stability, and performance of Windows client systems across our enterprise environment. You will be responsible for supporting and securing tens of thousands of Windows 10 and 11 endpoints using modern tools and scripting methods. The ideal candidate has a strong background in endpoint management and enterprise security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 3 support for desktop and endpoint issues, with a security-first mindset.
  • Implement and maintain endpoint security policies using tools like Group Policy, Microsoft Intune, and other enterprise systems.
  • Use scripting tools (PowerShell, VBScript) to automate management tasks across a large fleet of Windows clients.
  • Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to enforce hardening baselines and compliance requirements.
  • Support OS upgrades, patch management, and software deployment initiatives in large-scale environments.
  • Analyze endpoint logs and behavior for anomalies and coordinate remediation activities.
  • Participate in audits, security reviews, and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Tier 3 Desktop Support or Desktop Engineering role in an enterprise setting.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Windows 10 and 11 in a complex, corporate environment.
  • Expertise with PowerShell and VB Scripting for automation and configuration.
  • Experience with enterprise client management tools such as Microsoft Intune, Radia, SCCM, or similar platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, including Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for endpoint management.
  • Solid understanding of security best practices in a Windows enterprise environment.
