Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Public Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, performing reconciliation, preparing reports and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. If you're a self starter with a strong understanding of accounting principle and a commitment to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update general ledger and financial records.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
  • Prepare tax documents and liaise with auditors or tax consultants.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Support the finance team in ad hoc financial analysis or projects.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA is a plus)
  • Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and tax reporting.
