About the role

Zirconia Inc' is seeking a skilled and experienced Certified Public Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. As a CPA at Zirconia, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity and reporting of our organisation. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Makati City, Metro Manila office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and analysing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  2. Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to meet regulatory and internal requirements
  3. Conducting financial audits and investigations to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
  4. Providing valuable insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to contribute to the overall financial health and performance of the organisation
  6. Staying up-to-date with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations
  7. Mentoring and training junior finance personnel

What we're looking for

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  2. A valid Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
  3. At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and draw meaningful conclusions
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
  6. Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software
  7. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team
  8. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance
