Responsibilities:

  • In charge of accounting operations, making sure company objectives are achieved by developing and creating accounting policies and procedures through strategic planning and review
  • Perform audits, identify trends, and determine system improvements and implement changes
  • Create sound recommendations regarding accounting issues and concerns based on existing policies and secure approval on special circumstances
  • Meet accounting objectives through monitoring of budget vs. expenditures; analyze variances to ensure proper actions are taken
  • Prepare financial reports for monitoring of revenue and expenses; coordinate collection; consolidate and evaluate financial data and prepare relevant reports for management
  • Maintain company financial security by establishing internal controls
  • Safeguard the company by determining legal challenges, proper accounting regulations and continuously improve existing accounting procedures
  • Manage and oversee other accounting functions – accounts receivable, accounts payable, audit, payroll, treasury, budgeting, taxation, etc.
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree on Accountancy or any finance-related course
  • Certified Public Accountant license holder
  • Applicants must have knowledge in using ERP Systems such as Odoo, SAP, etc.
  • Proven track record of success in the field of general accounting for at least three (2) years
  • Exceptional attention to details and accuracy in figures
  • Ability to oversee, monitor and manage different accounting functions
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
