Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the planning and execution of supply chain-related projects, including:

  • System enhancements for both Demand Planning and the Distribution Center

  • Distribution Center layout changes and/or transfers

  • Lead and/or provide support to cross-functional project teams by:

  • Monitoring project milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion

  • Conducting system and process testing, facilitating training sessions, and supporting change management activities
  • Reporting on project status, risks, and key dependencies
  • Coordinating with other departments to review and secure agreement on updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in supply chain operations, business process improvement, and managing supply chain projects
  • Solid understanding of supply chain concepts, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, as well as other supply chain software
  • Background in project management, with experience leading or supporting project initiatives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and familiar with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana
  • Willing to be assigned to Mandaue City

Salary Range: 25,000-30,000
