About the Role

We are seeking a highly strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead, manage, and be accountable for the overall results of our Supply Chain Division. This role will be responsible for aligning procurement, demand planning, warehousing, and logistics operations to support our company's rapid growth and expansion. The successful candidate will anticipate customer needs, balance supply and demand, and ensure a seamless, efficient, and agile supply chain.

Job Level Required:

· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering (Master's degree preferred).

· –10 years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership roles, preferably in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or distribution industries.

· Strong expertise in demand planning, supplier management, warehousing, and logistics.

· Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and being accountable for division-level results.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

· Proficiency in ERP/SCM systems and data-driven decision making.

Salary & Benefits:

  • 80,000-100,000 monthly depending on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and be accountable for the performance and results of the Supply Chain Division by setting clear goals, monitoring KPIs, coaching, and fostering accountability.
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with company growth and customer expectations.
  • Operational Planning & Execution – Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies and daily execution to ensure efficient warehouse and logistics performance.
  • Overall Inventory Management & Control – Drive demand forecasting and inventory planning to ensure product availability while managing working capital efficiently. Ensure high inventory accuracy, proper cycle counting, shrinkage control, and timely reconciliation.
  • Overall Logistics Management & Control – Direct warehousing, logistics, and distribution operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Oversee transportation, delivery turnaround, route planning, and logistics partner performance to guarantee timely and consistent service.
  • Quality Control & Compliance – Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while embedding best practices in all processes.
  • Anticipate and respond to supply and demand issues, customer concerns, and potential disruptions.
  • Implement technology, digital tools, and process enhancements for scalability and agility.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key supply chain metrics, recommending proactive actions to leadership.
